2025-2026 Schedule Change Request Form

Important Schedule Change Information – 2025–2026 School Year at Kingswood Regional High School

If you need to request a schedule change for the 2025–2026 school year, you must complete this form no later than Monday, August 25th at 5:00 PM.

Students will follow their current schedules at the start of the fall semester until a counselor is able to make any approved updates. Please note that counselors do not work over the summer, so changes will not be reviewed until the first week of school.

⚠️ Schedule changes will only be considered through this form. Emails to counselors will not be accepted nor responded to regarding schedule changes. Please help us make sure your request is processed via the use of this form.
